THE OLIVE BRANCH.

At The Olive Branch we offer guided nature therapy through the ancient Japanese art of Forest Bathing (Shinrin Yoku). Helping people reconnect with nature and providing mindfulness based therapy to aid in alleviating stress, anxiety and helping to boost our immune system. We believe that by branching out to each other and making new connections, we can discover the natural healing properties that our beautiful green spaces have to offer.

We also offer group and one-to-one meditation sessions through the practice of Yoga Nidra. This meditative practice can give a powerful shift in our body and promote positive mental health and support our immune system.

At The Olive Branch we can provide, as part of our Forest Bathing and hiking packages, plant based meal options that are designed to compliment the experience and aid in the education and prevention of many lifestyle illnesses.
