A gentle hike in the Sussex countryside taking in all that this wonderfully diverse landscape has to offer. This will be an opportunity to connect with likeminded people further expanding the olive branch community. The benefits of this are extraordinary and will improve your mental and physical health.

There will be an opportunity to experience some exercises that will aid in your connection to nature, these are completely optional.

Meditation can give you a sense of calm. peace and balance that can benefit your emotional wellbeing and physical health. The benefits of regular meditation can include lowering stress and gaining new perspective on stressful situations, increased self awareness, focussing on the present, reduced negative emotions and lowering blood pressure. Meditation can hep with common feelings of worry and anxiety and improve your sleep patterns.
