GROUP nATURE THERAPY

Based on the Japanese tradition of forest bathing and drawing on Sarah’s own knowledge of the landscape, Yin yoga & mindfulness training, this is a truly unique and integrative experience in and with nature. The experience incorporates a slow walk in a beautiful natural environment (can be tailored to your location and needs), with guided mediation, breathwork and somatic exercises to engage our five senses and deepen our connection to nature. Healthy snack and tea ceremony included with longer sessions.

Minimum 4 people, Maximum 15 people.

2 hr session - £40 per person (minimum 4 people)

4 hr session - £65 per person (minimum 4 people)

Studies have found that connection - to self, others and the natural landscape is of paramount importance for good mental and physical health. This wonderful, gentle experience is the perfect way to unwind, unplug and reconnect with nature. A gentle walk and ‘green prescription’ guided by Sarah through the beautiful Sussex countryside taking in all that this wonderfully diverse landscape has to offer and connecting with like minded people. Dogs welcome.

outdoor Meditation

As an person living with ADHD, Sarah can empathise with having a ‘busy head’ more than most and never had much luck meditation on the mat. Being in nature, however, always had a calming effect so, drawing on personal experience as well as her mindfulness and yoga training she devised this unique experience. An outdoor meditation in a beautiful countryside location. Including grounding, guided meditation and integration. Suitable for all - from Zen to busy heads!
